I appreciate the competitive rates and the people I spoke to were very pleasant. The paperwork was confusing as to what I was to return. I don't have a copy of what I sent you so I think it should have been conducted electronically.

The agent I dealt with was very responsive and you all gave much better rates than others I have dealt with. Also, you don't seem to be trying to rip people off. I just left Auto Owners, Farmers, State Farm, and Farm Bureau.

We switched from Farmers bc they quoted us $655 to have auto policy with our 16 year old son and we switched to progressive and now save $500 a month!!!
