I've always had progressive, and I've always been happy. No matter what the situation occurred and were always willing to work with me. I appreciate that, and I'm glad my aunt Nancy, who worked in the legal department as a secretary, talked me into working with progressive when I was young. And I've stayed with them because of What my aunt?Nancy. Said and they were very good to her when she retired. And during the holidays, very good to her. That meant a lot to me the way she was treated.

I just returned to Progressive after a several year separation from previous policies due to reasons like this. I will give your company a chance to earn trust that i do not currently have in your ability to handle any other items i possess, ie, recreational equipment, Multiple homes, work equipment, etc.

No real complaints as of yet just general observation that a personal touch from my local agent would be nice if I have a local agent.

Progressive representative was kind and thorough with the information regarding my insurance. She was kind and patient with me and answered all my questions.. I am overall satisfied with Progressive. I'm very glad I made the switch.
